Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences by providing excellent service and support. This position requires an individual with exceptional phone etiquette, strong customer service skills for managing high-volume incoming and outbound calls, a positive attitude, and a proactive 'go-getter' mindset. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, willing to accept change, and capable of handling various tasks within the role. While roofing knowledge is helpful, it is not necessary, and bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
  • Demonstrate a proactive 'go-getter' attitude by taking initiative to assist customers and support team goals.
  • Adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and tasks as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Utilize basic roofing knowledge to assist customers with general inquiries and provide basic information about our services (knowledge preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
  • Adaptability and willingness to accept change and take on various tasks within the role.
  • Basic knowledge of roofing or willingness to learn about roofing products and services.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
